The following is a list of special events, detours and traffic delays that could cause road closures or require additional time in your commute through Salem.

Road Construction

 

                                                            April 30, 2008 until further notice.

J. Michael Ruane Judicial Center Construction

This long term project will require street closings, lane changes, and roadway utility work. The work area includes Federal Street between Washington and North Streets; Washington Street between Lynde and Bridge Streets; North Street between Essex Street and the overpass; and Bridge Street between Washington and North Streets.
