Donald R. Famico, Certified Animal Control Officer, is the Police Department's Animal Control Officer. He handles stray dogs, neighborhood nuisance problems, injured animals, and rabies concerns. For the last several years the position has been limited to a part-time one. In the even that you cannot reach ACO Famico for emergency or urgent animal calls, citizens are asked to call the Police Department at 978-744-1212.
